The Beginning
DeMuro’s Pizza opens in Pittson, PA. Cost of a pizza was
originally $2.85, and a slice went for 40 cents
2006
First Expansion
DeMuro’s moves down the street into the old schoolhouse
We’re glad we didn’t have to move the ovens which weigh
over 500 pounds each!
2026
The Third Generation
Nicky takes over from his grandfather as top pizzaiola and
owner of DeMuro’s. Nick introduces the pan fried pizza
as the first new pie in a decade

In 2025, DeMuro’s passed onto it’s 3rd generation of family ownership
Having grown up watching his parents and grandparents make pizza and working in the shop since he was a kid, Nicky now runs DeMuro’s and is committing to staying to true to the original recipes
